On August 25, 2017, the Rochester Business Journal highlighted William S. Boulter in their weekly “Profile” column. The article tells the story of Boulter Industrial Contractors from a unique perspective. From its 125-year history to the family-first culture, to the work ethic, the article captures how the services, culture, family, and history all work together to define Boulter. Thanks to Velvet Spicer and the RBJ team for this must-read! Turn to Page 4 to read on!
