From complex lifts to critical shipments and everything in between, this year pushed us to grow, adapt, and deliver at a higher level across every corner of our business. Heavy moves. High stakes. Zero shortcuts. In 2025, we tackled 945 projects, each demanding sharp problem-solving, technical precision, and a relentless focus on safety. Whether it was fragile optical equipment, oversized industrial machinery, or even one-of-a-kind art pieces, our team rose to the challenge and made every move look easy (even when it wasn’t).
A Tale of Twenty Seven Tanks...
A special project in 2025 challenged our team with the rigging and installation of 27 - 100 Foot liquid storage tanks at a SINGLE PLANT SITE! This project tested our team's precision and repeatability, keeping our team locked in on delivering consistent performance one tank at a time!
To put that project into perspective, the total height of those tanks combined is the height of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa (2,717 ft).
Conveyor Lines Shipped & Installed at a Single Site ⚙️
Another amazing project our team tackled in 2025 was a three-month-long mechanical installation project of all new production lines within a single facility—an effort that showcased both our precision and our capacity to take on large-scale challenges. In total, these lines stretched an incredible one mile of conveyor, weaving through the facility with the exact engineering, planning, and execution needed.
Biggest Piece of Equipment Moved 💪
In 2025, we carried some serious weight! We moved an industrial machine that weighed over 55 TONS! That is the equivalent of 10 full-sized adult elephants! A machine move of such size requires utmost precision and truly tests our team's communication in the field!
Company Growth 📈
2025 created a need to expand our workforce in many areas. Over the span of the year, our team grew by 40% to better support our growing customer base. From drivers and millwrights to sales and finance, our growing team helped tackle our growing goals!
Reflecting on 2025
This year was like no other year in Boulter history, our BIGGEST year to date! It took the whole team to get to the point we are at in 2025, and the amazing partnerships we established with key customers. As we set our sights on 2026, the team here is ready for even more, and we continue to add great talent to our growing team!
