Meet our Summer Interns

This summer, Boulter hired five high school graduates for our first-ever internship program.   These individuals joined us from Wayne Technical Career Center (WTCC) where they received their OSHA 10 and forklift certifications and studied the basics in heavy equipment repair, diesel theory, ARC welding and fabrication, and more.   We designed the program to give each intern a chance to experience real-work applications for the skills they learned in school.   Through a hands-on training approach, they engaged with seasoned employees and explored various parts of our business including warehousing, steel fabrication, crating and packaging, mechanics, and rigging.

Read on to get to know more about our summer interns.
