Webster, NY - June 17, 2026 - Boulter Industrial Contractors is proud to welcome Nathan Hoban to the team as our new Assistant Project Manager. Nate brings two summers of hands-on experience with Boulter to the role, having joined the team as an intern before stepping into this newly created full-time position.
Nate’s history with Boulter goes back two years, when he started as an intern assisting the warehouse staff with outbound and inbound logistics. “I got exposed to a lot of the cool things that Boulter does in the field,” he said. The following summer, he returned to assist Boulter’s owner on the Fairlife project. “This was an awesome experience to be able to be a part of something on this scale and to see jobs complete during my time on site,” Nate shared. “After the past two years of experience here at Boulter, when I heard that this position was getting put into the works, I knew I had to apply. I have a lot of interest in business development, and with our new expansion into the Syracuse area, I know the bar can only go higher.”
When asked what attracted him to Boulter specifically, Nate pointed to the people. “The biggest thing that attracted me to Boulter is the culture here,” he said. “Being a family-owned company in my hometown that is filled with a lot of dedicated and hard-working people, it was an atmosphere that was hard for me to stay away from.”
Nate’s day-to-day includes visits to job sites alongside Boulter’s project managers, where he is helping with the quoting process and getting familiar with the company’s work from start to finish. “I am excited to get involved with day jobs from start to finish and getting the Boulter name spread throughout the Syracuse area,” he said. “As a Le Moyne College alum, I have a strong sense of the area, and where our services will be of help as the city continues to grow.”
Outside of work, Nate enjoys golfing around the area and spending time with friends and loved ones. A four-year member of the Men’s Varsity lacrosse team at Le Moyne College, he played the sport his whole life. On his bucket list: traveling throughout Europe.
Nate’s firsthand experience with Boulter’s people and projects, paired with his enthusiasm for business development, makes him a strong addition to the team as Boulter continues to grow its presence in the Syracuse area. Please join us in welcoming Nate to the Boulter family.
