Since joining Boulter in 2017, Brittany has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to driving growth and innovation for the company.
A dynamic leader in both her professional and community endeavors, Brittany was recently recognized by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) as one of their 2024 "4 Under 40" award recipients, honoring her contributions to the industry. She also serves as a Board Member for Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation (MCIDC), a member of the Salvation Army of Greater Rochester’s Young Leader Council, and a Committee Member of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Foundation’s Workforce Development Committee. Through these roles, Brittany actively supports economic and workforce development initiatives and fosters community engagement while promoting the skilled trades.
Brittany has been instrumental in advancing Boulter's sales and marketing efforts, spearheading a successful rebranding campaign that has redefined the company's image and positioned it for future growth. She also led the implementation of HubSpot, enabling Boulter to gain deeper insights into the buyer’s journey and enhance the customer experience. This integration has aligned sales and marketing efforts, creating a more cohesive and effective sales process. By leveraging data-driven strategies, Brittany has streamlined communication, improved lead nurturing, and reinforced Boulter’s ability to better serve its customers and drive long-term success.
